Terms and Conditions

Tendering term of conditions.
1. የጨረታ ማስከበረያ Modjo Customs Branch Office/የሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት በሚል መሰራት ይኖርበታል።
2. የጨረታ ማስከበረያ e-GP ሲስተሙ ላይ ስካን ተደርጎ መጫን/Attach/ ማድረግ ይኖርባችዋል።
3. ለሚቀረው እስካነር በጨረታ ላይ በተጠቀሰው ስፔስፊክሽን መሠረት መሆን ይጠበቅባቸዋል።
4. የጨረታ ማስከበረያ ከጨረታ ከመከፈቱ ከ30 ደቂቃ በፊት ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ግዥ ክፍል 4ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 421 ማስረከብ ይኖርባችዋል።
5. የዕቃዉ ሳምፕል ተጨራች ድርጅት ባሉበት የሚታይ ስለሆነ መ/ቤት ቴክኒክ ኮሚቴ ለማይት ሰመጡ ሳምፕሉን ማሳያት ይጠበቅባቸዋል ሆኖ ግን ሳምፕል ያላሳዬ ተጫራች ውድቅ ይደርጋል።
6. በጨረታ ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ማህበራት ላይ የተደራጁ ድርጅቶች ከሆናችሁ የጨረታ ማስከበረያ ድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ከሆነ ያደራጀው መ/ቤት በላይ ኃላፊ ተፈርሞ ጨረታ ማስከበረያ ብር መጠን የተገለጸበትና እርጥብ ማህተም የተደረገበት መሆን አለበት።
7. አሸናፊ ድርጅት ዕቃዎችን ማስረከቢያ ቦታ ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ይሆናል።
8. ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በክፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
