INVITATION TO BIDDERS TENDER No. MCF/33/2024
Chemical industry corporation Mugher Cement Factory invites eligible bidders to participate in the bid for the Supply of Oil Pumps.
- Eligible Suppliers /Agents could obtain tender documents by presenting a copy of their renewed licenses (Foreign Trade Auxiliary) VAT Registration Certificate, Registration Certificate Issued from Ministry of Finance & Economic against payment of a non-refundable Birr 115.00 from Procurement Department, Addis Ababa Beklo Bet Garad Building, 3rd Floor during working days from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
- Bids should be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bidder offer in the form of a Bank Guarantee held by the Supplier Name (not by the local agent) which will be payable on first demand by Chemical Industry Corporation Mugher Cement Factory.
- Wax-sealed Bids shall be delivered to the Chemical Industry Corporation Mugher Cement Factory Procurement Department, Addis Ababa office on or before October 01, 2024, at 9:30 A.M Bidders should provide one Original and one copy of “Technical” and “Financial” documents separately.
- Information you enter the hard currency you are competing for(Euro or Dollar or other) It must be kept clear.
- Bids (Technical offer) will be opened at the same date on October 01, 2024, at 10:00 A.M in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
- Bidder shall submit detailed specifications of each item under quote with their bidding documents.
- Failure to comply with the conditions from 2 up to 7 above may result in an automatic rejection.
- MCF reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
