Awach Saving and Credit Cooperative Society Ltd. is intending to build 3B+G+15 multi-purpose building on 1307m2 plot of land located at shola market in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The company plans to short-list consulting firms. Thus, Awach invites Expression of Interest from all local architectural consulting firms of Category one with proven experience in designing complex and modern building projects.
Instructions and submission forms for EOI proposals may be collected from Awach SACCOS head office located at Aware Agar Building, second floor, Room no 201, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Proposal for expression of interest (EOI) shall be delivered in two copies enclosed in a sealed envelope and submitted to the institution to the address mentioned above before or on 2nd January 2026 at 10:00 A.M. The validity period of the proposal shall be 60 days from the date of opening of the expression of interest (EOI).
Applicants will be evaluated technically, and top 5 firms will be shortlisted and given an invitation to participate in the bid. The RFP will only be given to shortlisted applicants. shortlisted consultancy firms will be selected through quality and cost-based selection (QCBS) procedure with schematic design as part evaluation criteria.
