Eligible Bidders:

• Unless otherwise specified in the bid document, Bidders shall provide such evidence of their eligibility satisfactory to the Public Body, to verify that the Bidder:
• Appropriate documentary evidence demonstrating its compliance, which shall include:
• Valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the Bidder is engaged.
• VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (only domestic Bidders in case of con-
  tract value as specified in The bid document).
• Valid Tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority (domestic Bidders only). Relevant professional practice certificates, as required in The bid document.
• Foreign bidders must as appropriate submit a business organization registration certificate or trade license issued by the country of establishment.
• The bidder submits the bid bond bank guarantee is ETB 500,000.
• The bidder will submit Performance guarantee is 10% of the total contract price from local banks after the contract is signed.
• The bid purchase price is unreturnable ETB 500.
• Bid floating is 20 consecutive days starting from January, 08/2025 G.C OR December, 30/2017 E,C

Tender due date and time for submission:-

• due date at the date of 20th at 4:00 o’clock local time
• submission and closing date on the date of 21st at 4:00 o’clock
• Bid opening date at the day of 21st at 4:30 local time,

The bid has two parts and to participate the supplier should submit in two separate envelopes.

If the bureau gets a better opportunity it has the right to cancel the bid either fully or partially. It shall be the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that the tender is submitted on or before the due date by 4:00 p.m. The offer has been sent to the bid in person.
