BID INVITATION NOTICE.
BID FOR HAY STORE CONSTRUCTION.

CIFA Ethiopia is implementing the Project entitled “Addressing Climate Related Impacts in Moyale and Dire wereda, Borena Zone Oromia National Regional State”.
Construction of Hay Store in Dagaga Kebele Dire Woreda is one of the Activities planed under the project.
CIFA Ethiopia therefore invite Interested bidders to submit bid for Construction of Hay Store as per Bid document and BOQ.

Eligible bidders must meet the following requirements:
i. Must have valid documents (renewed Grade six construction trade certificate/license
ii. Must Have Tax payer certificate, and any other mandatory document/s.
iii. Prices should include all Governmental Charges.
iv. Good experience in constructing works.
V. Must be able to perform quality work and complete within the required/agreed timeline.
Neat and legible copies of all mandatory supporting documents (Tin Certificate TOT, VAT, registration Certificate, renewed license, etc.) should accompany the bids.
Eligible bidders who meet above mentioned requirements can obtain a complete set of BID Document and BOQ paying Non-Refundable fee of 200 Birr from CIFA-Ethiopia Yabello Coordination Office, or Moyale Field office starting from 12th April 2025.
The filled Quotation should reach in sealed envelopes to CIFA Yabello Coordination office on or before 24th April 2025 at 3:00 PM.
The bid will be opened in presence of all bidders or representative on the same day of 24th APRIL 2025 at 3:15 pm.
