Invitation to Bid
Bid No. HB/023/2025

Hibret Bank would like to invite interested vendors to bid for the supply and installation of Air Conditioners in different areas of Hibret bank branches.

Interested bidders shall submit their proposals as per the following conditions.

1. A Complete set of Bidding documents can be purchased by interested bidders upon payment (depositing) of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two hundred) in Account Number IN0403007, in any branch of Hibret Bank, nearest and convenient to you after 2 (two) days of this bid announcement for the first time.
2. Bidders can obtain the bid document from the Procurement Division which is located at Lideta Sub-City in front of Addis Ababa University School of Commerce, Hiber Tower 19th floor.
3. Interested bidders are advised to review the bid document carefully before preparing & submitting their bids.
4. Bids must be submitted on March 05, 2025, by 2:00 PM at Hibret Bank’s Head office, Procurement Division on the 19th floor.
5. Each bid must be presented in a sealed envelope and strictly in accordance with the instructions to bidders indicated in the bid document.
6. The bid will be opened at Hibret Bank Head Office located at Hiber Tower 4th floor at the presence of bidders or their representative who choose to attend the bid opening on March 05, 2025, at 2:30 P.M
7. Failure to observe the instructions & conditions provided in the bid document will constitute grounds for rejection of the bidder from competition.
8. Bidders have to furnish the guarantee from another bank (out of Hibret Bank).
9. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid partly or totally.
